Participants who Attend the Leadership Challenge® will be able to
One month prior to the workshop, participants are expected to complete pre-work assignments, which include reading recommended articles to enhance their learning journey and submitting their best leadership experience
As part of the pre-work for the workshop, participants will commence their own LPI 360 assessment and choose a group of individuals to evaluate them.
2 days Transformative workshop equips managers to drive organic growth through human development, resulting in increased productivity and profitability for employees, teams, and organizations. During the workshop, participants will discover and master the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership
3-6 coaching sessions for each participant will be tailored to their individual needs, with a focus on their LPI Report. Our experienced coaches will guide participants through the process of leveraging their strengths and identifying areas for improvement, ultimately helping them achieve their leadership goals.
As part of our commitment to ensuring the continued development of our participants, we conduct a follow-up LPI 360 Assessment 9-12 months after the completion of the program. This allows us to measure the progress of each participant and provide them with personalized feedback on their growth as a leader
