To be eligible for the IMC-CAM credential, applicants must complete a minimum of 20 hours of mentoring training with an IMC-Accredited, Endorsed.
Applicants must provide details of the program, including the training center name, program title, mode of delivery, duration, and instructor’s contact information.
Applicants for the IMC-CPM credential must complete at least 35 hours of mentoring training through an IMC-Accredited, Endorsed.
In addition, candidates must complete a minimum of three mentoring engagements, with at least two verified by mentees, managers, or organizational representatives.
Applicants must also submit a Declaration of Continuous Learning and participate in mentoring supervision, completing five supervision sessions per year with a qualified mentor supervisor who adheres to IMC standards
To qualify for the IMC-CMM credential, mentors must have completed one full cycle of their CPM certification and document at least 50 hours of mentoring training from an approved center. Applicants must demonstrate ten completed mentoring engagements, with five verified references.
They must also declare ongoing professional development and participate in five annual supervision sessions under the guidance of an experienced mentor supervisor who aligns with IMC’s competencies, ethics, and mentoring definition.
